Lover the hivel, but missing parts makes it hard to put together

I bought this kit to supplement existing equipment I have. My original HiveIQ had three deeps. I only run two. This kit lets me use the third box from the original set up along with another box I bought to let me have two double deep hives.

It’s well made and durable based on my experience so far. Instructions and assembly were easy. The components seal tight to each other and the bees have taken to it well.

These lids are solid sealing weather tight lids with some of the best metal I've seen for a hive lid! We just had a hail storm rip through the midwest and each of the 3 HIVE IQ lids held up under some pretty nasty hail. No dents. The bottom boards have a good mite trap at the bottom and it holds the board snug. It is pre-fabricated to accept the pollen trap. The flip-down entrance reducer is a smart idea for sure.

As I can just flip the entrance as needed and manage the hive fast. The RFID tags are a must. I personally have no use for a queen excluder. However I can say they are built with a very heavy gauge steel.
